Long-Distance Moving from NJ to FL

My move was probably more difficult than most. I have lots of heavy musical gear and computers. And it was very well hidden in my original house. As I started pre-packing, I realized the amount was enormous. I could barely move many of the large boxes myself. In came a team of 4 medium-sized guys, but they were STRONG! I couldn't believe how they carefully lifted things effortlessly - and retaped my boxes to prevent them ripping. They FILLED their truck front to back and top to bottom with my stuff. And then they went the whole 8.5 hours with only a lunch break. They were unstoppable and never lost focus or got sloppy. I held off this review until I had unpacked everything and knew they didn't have any accidents I didn't know about. But now I can safely say they didn't have ANY breakage. I am now completely moved into my new home and am thankful that the A-team they sent made this such a stress-free experience.

Theses guys are AMAZING. They gave me an estimate just 4 days before I needed to move, and the price was really great. The crew showed up on time, was super friendly, professional; they were incredibly careful with all of our stuff, but especially our fragile items like art and an antique grandfather clock. They were speedy, and left absolutely not one mark anywhere in the home I moved out of, or the house I moved into. When I changed my mind (several times) about where I wanted things in the new house, they were super polite and happy to move things for me. They are THE BEST. You will not be disappointed.

I selected White Glove Moving to handle the fairly large move from a home I'd been in for decades to a new location two hours away in another state largely on the basis of these reviews and the apparent professionalism on view on their website... and then some phone conversations with Mike G. of the sales management team. For the largest part I was not disappointed. Mike was a great resource throughout... friendly, fair, knowledgeable and patient. Due to delays in my moving schedule, Gaby was out to the house twice to provide estimates and working with him was also a top-notch experience. When it came time for the actual move, the team led by Emad and Ezzat (special kudos to Ricardo as well) did amazing work. They handled all my special requests extremely well and went above and beyond in multiple cases to make things better, sometimes anticipating needs and improvement opportunities I'd never thought of. And as I told them myself, I have literally never seen such hard workers in my entire life... these folks worked their butts off. I had a less than stellar experience with Customer Care after the fact... clueless phone reps and an attitude-y adjuster for the few small issues that arose... but the rest of the team performed so well I'm going to leave the rating at 5 stars.

We had a great experience with this company. Starting with the initial phone call, the entire experience was easy and everyone we interacted with was friendly and helpful. When the movers arrived at our house they were efficient and made sure to take extra care by wrapping furniture and covering floors and walls to avoid damage. In addition to making sure they didn’t damage anything they were also really quick. Highly recommend!

Our agency, Savia Community Counseling had an amazing experience with this moving company. Their team was incredibly understanding and flexible, especially with some last-minute scheduling changes. Both the move-out and move-in crew were organized, efficient, and treated our items with great care. They went above and beyond, not only packing and unpacking thoughtfully, but also helping set things up exactly where we needed them. Simply amazing! As this was our first move using a moving company, we were very nervous. If you've heard horror stories about moving companies, this is NOT one of them. They were patient and professional during the entire process. In case your worrying about additional fees, the crew was fast and did not delay the process at all. If your questioning boxes and packaging materials in your estimate, STOP. They are the professionals. We thought we did a good job packing ourselves until we saw how much more packing materials were needed. Your items will be handled with care, from wrapping furniture to carefully packing boxes that you may not have gotten around to. EXCELLENT!!! If we could give these folks a hundred stars we would. The men that showed up were so professional and polite. Wonderful and respectful people. Our furniture was wrapped carefully and delicately handled. Each and every piece. They carried my large up right piano with such care and accuracy. They wrapped my piano and made sure it was handled with care. In addition, we have a 600lb safe which the men had no problem getting that down from our upstairs room to the truck. My husband and I have moved over 12 times and we have never seen such professionalism and care in handling our furniture. We wish we knew of this company many years ago with all our other moves. If you go with WG, you can sit back and relax as your furniture, etc. will be handled with care. THE VERY BEST!!

White glove arrived on time, finished my move early and delivered everything in perfect condition. They didn’t bump any walls and were amazing through tight spaces. I have a crumby desk I built myself with some cheap ikea components. It broke in transit (due to my construction being shoddy, not them). They fixed it when they saw the break and now it’s sturdier than it was before the move. Their pricing was fair and transparent. They quoted me 7 hours and took an hour off the price when we finished early. I have a few friends with similarly positive experiences too.

Amazing company! They facilitated our move and helped pack and secure many valuables. The best move ever …. Former military so I moved every 2 to 3 years for over 20 years. This move was by far the best. Frank and his team (Patrick and Mikel) were fast and courteous. They treated my household goods as if it were theirs and made a point of protecting each and every item.

Great moving service, accurate quote with someone actually going to your house to inventory and provide information based on your household needs. They disassemble and reassemble furniture, moving team members are punctual, very polite and hardworking.
