This was the second move my family has used White Glove for! The customer service was EXCELLENT and they accommodated me when the time frame for my move changed! The crew that packed up my house was quick, efficient and extremely professional!

Moving is one of the most stressful things I’ve ever done, and by the time moving day arrived, I was running purely on what I like to call “move brain.” The second Alfredo, Fernando, and Pedro showed up, I felt immediate relief. This crew handled heavy furniture, endless boxes, and every challenge that came up with professionalism, patience, and care. They worked tirelessly from start to finish and made what felt impossible actually happen. Not only were they hardworking and efficient, but they were also kind throughout the entire process. They treated my belongings with respect and turned a very overwhelming day into a successful one. I can confidently say that crews like this are the reason people trust White Glove. Alfredo, Fernando, and Pedro represented the company exceptionally well, and I cannot recommend them enough. Thank you again for everything. I am incredibly grateful.

I’ve moved dozens of times in my life (both locally and internationally) and I can honestly say that White Glove is the best experience I’ve had. Moving in and of itself is a stressful experience, but the people at White glove moving made it simple and easy. I had extraordinarily large and bulky furniture to move and these four guys (Daniel and Miguel and Arsenio and Bassam) Worked their magic. They came into my home and carefully wrapped all of my furniture and then loaded the truck And proceeded to drive to my new Home. To access the first level of my home, you have to climb 20 steps and then another five steps to get inside the first level which contains the living room and the dining room room. To get to the second level, you have to climb eight steps, make a very narrow turn and climb another eight steps and make another narrow turn and climb another two steps to access my bedroom. My living room and dining room furniture was located on the first level and this furniture included a large China closet for my dining room dishes and a huge entertainment center for my TV. I do not know how these guys carried this furniture up 20 steps and then made another turn and carried it up another four steps into my living room and dining room. A bigger challenge awaited them when they had to take my bedroom set onto the second level . I had a men’s dresser that was approximately 6 feet high and 3 feet wide and these guys managed to carry it up 20 steps make a to turn go up another four steps and then carry it across my dining room. Then they had to make another turn and climb eight steps, make a narrow turn and climb another eight steps and then make another narrow turn and climb two steps before they made it into my bedroom. They were patient and they were tactical and they were deliberate while moving every piece of furniture. I felt as if I was watching four magicians move Bulky furniture into my home. They were the kindest and most considerate people towards me and my wife. Daniel, whom I believe was the head of the moving crew also provided me with valuable advice on where to place my furniture in my new Home. He may have a second career as an interior designer. To say that I was extremely happy and satisfied with white glove and their staff Is an understatement. I also want to give a shout out to Ruso who came to my home and gave me the estimate and who also provided me with 10 large moving boxes and 10 medium moving boxes, which is exactly exactly what I needed to Pack all of the miscellaneous items in my house. Ashlee, The administrator at White glove, also stayed on top of things and made all of the appropriate Confirmations with me before and during the move. I would highly recommend white glove movers To anyone who is planning a move, whether big or small. These guys are nothing short of phenomenal and the entire company itself is nothing short of accommodating. They are the best in the business because they have a highly competent staff that knows how to take the stress out of moving

We are renovating our home so we were moving from a large home to a smaller rental in the meantime and that included a storage unit packing and moving day as well. White glove came and helped us move and pack everything. Stone helped us from start to finish and the rest of the team was wonderful as well. Everything was handled with care and it made a would be stressful weekend feel less hectic. Thank you!!

White Glove Moving did an excellent job. They showed up on time and upon arrival confirmed with me everything that was going to be moved. They worked quickly and efficiently. When we arrived at the storage facility they unloaded the truck into our storage bin and stacked everything neatly.

A big thanks to the amazing and very humble 4-member team — their Lead was excellent Jason, Luis, Felipe, and Nicolas — for their outstanding work and on the ground communication , Excellent Local moving service from start to finish! The team arrived before time as it was same day unloading to new Home and managed everything so professionally. They packed every item carefully and handled the loading and unloading at our new home perfectly. The entire move was so smooth and stress-free that I hardly had to do ask or do anything myself. The team of 4 making sure nothing breaks and delivered carefully and with full dedication. The overall prices are on bit higher side but they gave freebies of excellent quality cardboard boxes with tapes delivered few days before at Home made it very easy to pack in advance. plus after the actual move I felt it was worth . Highly recommended! They finished before expected time so I was made to talk to Manager before they left & she agreed to give me my one hour refund amount in few days which I am still awaiting , hope to receive soon though it is more than one month hence review was delayed and one less star though if refund was received in time, I would give 5+ extra stars. I am not very sure to add picture but the team of 4 were so good I am ok to share so they get the benefit of this review for their Job hopefully.

Customer service is excellent. Alex answered my calls no matter what time and which day I called him. Loading and unloading staff is very professional. WG sent a crew with a supervisor (Mr. Stone), who is very courteous and professional. I am extremely pleased and satisfied customer.

My husband was in hospital and I was with him on moving day . A close cousin and my son "directed" the moving for me, and had highest praise for the team you sent.

Daniel and his team were absolutely amazing!! They took such great care of our furniture and belongings, and they worked so hard to move our entire house to another one. Let me tell you right now from our pick up in NJ to our delivery in SC they were 100% perfect as hard as that might be to believe its true they were kind and helpful and even helped move our delivery date back so we were able to move in a bit earlier. I realize no one is perfect and I'm sure they may have some faults but my experience was pure perfection!

I had a complicated 2-day move from my home in Central JC (with 2 stops at my storage unit) to a new apartment and items going to a 2nd home in South Jersey. Jason, Luis and Nicholas were AMAZING. I cannot say enough wonderful things about their professionalism, insane hard work, patience and overall fabulous job. I would highly recommend White Glove Moving and their team especially if you have a complicated move coming up. I realize there are cheaper outfits out there, but if you want confidence in the job, value your furniture and want the job done effortlessly (they wouldn't even let me open a box on my own) - then I highly recommend them. Moving is awful in and of itself, don't make it harder on yourself. 5 stars!

Overall experience was good. Slight disappointment at the end when stuff was delivered at my apartment in Ohio. There was only one person so it took a while, guy didn’t offer his help unpacking with anything that did not need to reassemble.

White Glove is excellent! Second time I've used them and will never use another company. Every part of the process was extremely professional and sincerely caring. The crew I had were wonderful and worked so hard and so well. I can't recommend this company enough. I shopped around and their rates are competitive also. Head and shoulders above the rest.

Where to start... We used WG Moving & Storage for a series of moves and temporary storage and they were amazing every step of the way. I had made a mistake with my first move date and they were able to help pivot to the correct day, no charges or questions asked. Once on site their crew was professional and efficient they track all of the boxes with a iPad. We needed to keep our first move item in storage for a month until we closed and they were great. The day we moved into the new house it was seamless, one crew was at my old house packing while a second crew loaded out items out of storage and brought it to the new house. They put down protection on the floors and against walls going up to the second floor. They pricing was very competitive too, i received three quotes and they were the most cost effective once factoring in the storage component. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM AND WILL TELL MY LOCAL FRIENDS AND FAMILY TO USE THEM!!!

My move went incredibly smoothly thanks the incredible work of both Oscar’s, Franklin and Nico. They helped me set up all the big furniture I had in storage and even helped me put together some smaller things as I am not very handy. All four of them were friendly, professional, quick and calm. I knew immediately I was in good hands. I would absolutely recommend White Glove to anyone moving in or out of their home.

They made what I thought would be a stressful few days much easier than anticipated. No damage whatsoever to any items or walls, and they reassembled everything perfectly. White Glove was absolutely the best movers we have ever used. Stone and his crew were unbelievable in handling the move out from our apartment in NJ. Every piece was properly wrapped and protected and catalogued by number. Have never seen anything like it! The delivery crew in Florida was similarly superb in unloading. Virtually every item on both ends was handled with care and came through without a scratch. Communication was terrific, including quality assurance checks. On top of that they were reasonably priced. This is the moving company to use!
