Your First Available Date for delivery is defined as the first full day that you have possession of the delivery address and an authorized party will be present and able to receive delivery within your delivery window on your order/estimate. Your Fist Available Date cannot be sooner than the day after your pickup date. Yes I UNDERSTAND that by confirming your first available date for delivery, you will no longer be able to change this date. **Changes to the delivery window while in transit will result in re-delivery costs as well as additional storage cost. Client MUST be available throughout the entire delivery window.

Make sure to confirm you understand your delivery window, please refer back to your Order for service/Estimate/BOL. All long distance deliveries are completed with a delivery window. Your delivery window starts on the First Available Date selected above. Delivery can occur as early as your First Available Date and up to and within the number of business days indicated in your Order For Service. Please confirm your delivery window below.

Shuttle: Is there access for a 53 foot tractor-trailer at the delivery address?*

Shuttle truck fee is added to your balance in the event we cannot deliver with our tractor trailer and will need to reserve a small truck to shuttle the items to/from. REVIEW YOUR ORDER FOR SERVICE/BOL for the projected fee.

This person will be our point of contact in the event we are not able to reach you. As well they may call and make changes to your order as needed.

Payment terms acknowledgement: We accept all major credit cards but require the cardholder to be present on site with the physical card. If not, a credit card authorization/CCA will be required. We also accept cash certified check, money order or zelle/quickpay which qualify for a 3% discount per your order. *LONG DISTANCE shipments payment is DUE in 2 parts, 60% on site at the time of pick up and the balance at delivery. LOCAL shipments payment is due before unloading at the 1st location.(Required)

What happens if there is damage or loss to any item in my shipment?

Determine your insurance option, and make prior arrangements if necessary with outside carrier. To purchase additional coverage, we recommend the following companies: Baker International / Website: www.bakerintl.com and our ID number with them is 11005. Tel No. 800-356-0099 Lakeland Insurance / Website: https://emovinginsurance.com / Tel# 800.682.1732 Insurance should be purchased a minimum of 3 days prior to your move.
