Your First Available Date for delivery is defined as the first full day that you have possession of the delivery address and an authorized party will be present and able to receive delivery within your delivery window on your order/estimate. Your Fist Available Date cannot be sooner than the day after your pickup date. Yes I UNDERSTAND that by confirming your first available date for delivery, you will no longer be able to change this date. **Changes to the delivery window while in transit will result in re-delivery costs as well as additional storage cost. Shuttle: Is there access for a 53 foot tractor-trailer at the delivery address?*

Shuttle truck fee is added to your balance in the event we cannot deliver with our tractor trailer and will need to reserve a small truck to shuttle the items to/from. REVIEW YOUR ORDER FOR SERVICE/BOL for the projected fee.

Payment terms acknowledgement: We accept all major credit cards but require the cardholder to be present on site with the physical card. If not, a credit card authorization/CCA will be required. We also accept cash certified check, money order or zelle/quickpay which qualify for a 3% discount per your order. *LONG DISTANCE shipments payment is DUE in 2 parts, 60% on site at the time of pick up and the balance at delivery. LOCAL shipments payment is due before unloading at the 1st location.(Required)

Determine your insurance option, and make prior arrangements if necessary with outside carrier.
