Many apartment buildings, gated communities and condo communities do not allow movers on weekends. White Glove must be made aware of such restrictions.

Does any location require specific reservations to be made?*

Many apartment buildings, gated communities and condo communities require specific reservations to be made. Will White Glove be subject to complete your move within a reserved time frame?

Long Distance Delivery Information

What is your First Available Date for Delivery?*

Your First Available Date for delivery is defined as the first full day that you have possession of the delivery address and an authorized party will be present and able to receive delivery. We require 2-4 business days notice to start your delivery window. Your Fist Available Date cannot be sooner than the day after your pickup date.

***IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT CONFIRMING YOUR FIRST AVAILABLE DATE***

By confirming your first available date for delivery, you will no longer be able to change this date.

**Changes to the delivery window while in transit will result in re-delivery costs as well as additional storage cost. Client MUST be available throughout the entire delivery window.

Is there access for a 53 foot tractor-trailer at the delivery address?*

All long distance deliveries are completed with a tractor-trailer. In the event there is no access for the tractor-trailer at delivery, White Glove will need to rent a "Shuttle Truck" and an additional fee will apply as per your Order For Service.

The final determination of access for a tractor-trailer is made by the driver upon arrival. The driver will assess the location to ensure your delivery can be completed safely.

Delivery can occur as early as your First Available Date and up to and within the number of business days indicated in your Order For Service. Please confirm your delivery window below.
