I was scheduled to move to my new location and the movers arrived promptly on time and were professional throughout the entire visit. Upon arriving at my new location there were last minute issues of being able to unload my belongings at the new location. My movers were patient and understanding while I attempted to resolve the issue, but ultimately I had to have the movers take my belongings to their storage facility. Once I was able reschedule my delivery the movers were again prompt and professional, and efficiently and carefully moved my belongings into my new home.

This is the third time I have used White Glove. The last time was roughly ten years ago and it’s nice to see their service level remains high.

Our move last week was very successful. Team arrived on time, packed effectively, loaded truck , unloaded with great care. I would recommend and plan to use again.

So responsive to my questions and needs. The moving crew did everything for me… so professional, kind and best attitudes. I had surgery recently and was worried about the stress and physical demands of moving, but they set everything up and gave me the time and attention I hoped for.

I have used White Glove on two occasions. Each time, I have been amazed by how fast, efficient, and thorough the crews have been. They arrive on time, take care to handle the items carefully, and are polite and professional. I highly recommend this company.

Packed and placed everything as requested

We moved last week, February 2021, in the midst of a pandemic and a snowstorm. We cannot thank Rolando and his team enough. They were amazing. With safety and security in mind, they packed up our home, all wearing masks, and quickly filled two trucks’ worth of belongings for our move out-of-state. When they arrived the next day at our new home, during a snowstorm, they unpacked and set-up everything just where we asked them to – all with smiles on their faces and an eagerness to do the very best job for us. After having unpacked now for about a week, we are amazed that not one item was broken, scratched, or damaged in any single way. Moving is certainly a “life event,” and Rolando and his team eased our stress and made it as easy and eventless as possible.

To begin with the communication was excellent. We had to change dates a few time due to delays in the closing, they were very accommodating. day one the crew arrived on time at 9:00am, after a few minutes of instruction, Stone and him men went right to work packing up our house taking extra care of our belongings. Day two the truck was loaded and we headed to my second pick-up location and they went right to work again. Every box and item was labeled with a number and location. When the truck arrived in Florida again the crew was terrific! Not one missing item and NOT ONE DAMAGED ITEM!!! White Glove was the right choice for our move from New Jersey to Florida!!!

Excellent moving experience! One of the very few things that went right with the sale and purchase of our homes! First, Darwin was amazing – we had several issues with our closings and had to change things almost last minute. Darwin got it done and we were very thankful. Sebastian and his crew came as scheduled on a Thursday to load our belongings onto two moving trucks. Every bit of space was utilized perfectly. They made sure the boxes we packed were wrapped well and then handled our furniture, TVs, mirrors, chandeliers, etc. with perfect precision. They arrived at our new home as scheduled on Friday at 3pm with the same crew and were out the door by 8pm, putting together several rooms of furniture and unloading about 200 boxes in the right rooms! The entire crew was wonderful – friendly, timely, respectful, and efficient. We highly recommend White Glove Moving & Storage.
