WHITE GLOVE EXCELLENT MOVER

We hired White Glove to move us from NJ to Texas in March 2021. Move went smoothly with White Glove always in communication and easily reachable from the estimate to delivery stage. White Glove provided the boxes and lots of them as part of their service. I am a worrier and no question was too small. Customer service was A+. The movers for pick up and delivery were total professionals. We packed about 90% ourselves. White Glove made sure all our items were securely packed and sealed and the items they packed were so well wrapped and protected. Our items were in storage for about 2 weeks (no extra charge). Everything arrived and on time hooray!! Shout out to Mike, Michael, Ralph and Dan. I would definitely White Glove again.

They notified us the day before for expected time of arrival. They arrived on time and acted very professional and packed everything securely. Upon timely arrival they correctly assembled all Furniture and put everything in its rightful place. Before leaving asked once again if everything was in its proper place. we would recommend t friends and family

White Glove Movers were a life saver, so professional, efficient and got the job done faster than anticipated. These guys are AWESOME. From packing the apartment, to moving and unpacking everything into our new home, not one thing was damaged. Will definitely use white glove moving again. Such a smooth process.

I needed a last minute move done and White Glove handled everything smoothly and professionally. Moving to and from big apartment buildings can be complicated with elevator reservations and COI needs but that was all taken care of. Packing was done quickly and ahead of schedule. Really hard to find anything to complain about really. This was my second move with White Glove.

I got 3 cost estimates before selecting White Glove. Although they did not have the least expensive initial quote, I truly felt confident that the quote I received would be the cost I would end up paying. More importantly, the professional, courteous service from start to finish, in person and by phone by ALL staff was incredible. This is a real quality organization.

I moved into a one bedroom apartment on the 4th floor of a walk up. Vladimir and his team (Martin and Rick) were sensational. They were polite and friendly, very communicative (as I needed some items discarded) and were completely professional and efficient. They even managed the impossible task of getting a three seater couch up a tiny stairwell, which was a huge effort.
A big thank you and 5 stars out of 5.

The White Glove team was great. They brought packing, storing and moving to another level. The crew was great and place items were we wanted them and got our rooms set up in no time. The crew, management and scheduler were always courteous, helpful and didn’t mine moving items again if we told them the wrong room or area. You can’t go wrong with this company and the cost was well within our budget.

Antonio and his crew did a great job. They put in a long day, had very little breakage, and took great care to protect our house when moving in.
Also, the team involved with quitting and preparing for the move were great- they ID’d potential problems ahead of time and were very accommodating when we needed to change our move date

I moved from east coast to west coast and they were very helpful and affordable. They even provided with a one month free storage as my housing was not confirmed yet. Once my address was confirmed they send my stuff. Very reliable.

This was my first move with White Glove Moving. I had another quote from another mover that was 4 times the price of White Glove. I checked White Gloves' reviews and spoke with them a few times. I felt very comfortable with them from the start. I was a little weary of the reasonable price so I had them walk through my apartment to be sure there would be no hidden extra costs. Not only were there no additional costs but they even lowered it by $100. White Glove packed and we shipped approximately 58 cartons from NYC to Florida for just under $3,000 and everything arrived in perfect condition. I would use them again in a heartbeat and have already recommended them to my friends.

I used White Glove for a local NJ move and found the team to be extremely courteous and professional from initial quote through the day of the move, even following up with me afterward to check in. All of my belongings were handled with care and arrive in perfect condition. Worth the investment to have a move done right, on time and per the estimate. Would use for any future moves.

We used White Glove Moving/Storage for our cross country move from NY to CA. They were very professional with us and sent us accurate info about pickup and drop off times. The staff was very efficient and the price is reasonable especially with a service that loads everything themselves. They sent us all relevant documentation timely and we were very happy with how seamless the move was. Everything was in good condition and packed well.We did not receive our goods on the earliest available date and instead 10 days later, it wasn't a huge problem for us but if it is for you I'd suggest communicating this with them to ensure you receive everything when you'd expect it. The only other complaint I'd have is that it was a little hard to get a hold of some folks who were very talkative with us prior to signing the contract, but didn't answer all our questions after being locked in. Thankfully there were helpful people at White Glove who helped us with any questions, concerns, or documentation we needed.

Tremendous service moving from NJ to SC. Everything was excellent from start to finish. Great communications, everything completed to the timetable agreed. Loading process was outstanding with the moving crew packing all furniture very carefully with lots of padding. On delivery the crew unloaded and rebuilt everything. We had no damage or breakages or missing items. Price was very competitive with none of the “add-ons” I was told most movers charge when they arrive. I have no hesitation in recommending White Glove.

I have a 6 months old, a pregnant wife, and an older dog. I was feeling so stressed about moving and White Glove made everything such a breeze. After doing an inventory of my apartment over the phone they hit me with an estimate that was pretty close to accurate. They actually got the job done quicker 🤣. Would definitely recommend 10/10!

White Glove did an absolutely great job executing my recent move from Long Island to NJ. The day of the move we were experiencing torrential rains and very high winds. They showed up on time and took great efforts to plastic wrap my belongings to protect them from the inclement weather. They were gentle with my delicate items and everything arrived damage free. I also had furniture that needed to be disassembled to fit up the staircase at the new residence. They disassembled it. Brought it up. Then reassembled it. These guys worked their butts off and and left me truly impressed with the quality of their work. Would highly recommend to contract them for your move!

We had another company pack our home into a freight trailer in California and there were so many things the other company did wrong…the White Glove team came in and made a really stressful situation so much better- and easy!! From the initial discussions with the sales team to the quote and bid, I knew White Glove was the right fit for me. The communications throughout the process were stellar - so professional and very thorough.In terms of the team, the two gentlemen who came to pack up the items to be moved were phenomenal. They took such care with everything - thoroughly wrapping and packing many fragile items for a long-distance move. I paid for the service that included the packing supplies, and I am glad I did. It took the worry and hassle off my shoulders.The company made good on its promise to deliver within 10 business days from the first day I could accept the shipment - even delivering in the middle of a winter cold freeze that paralyzed many parts of the country. Everything arrived in excellent condition - I've finished unpacking and am so very pleased.As an aside, the field team calls the main office both at pick-up and drop-off and validates that everything was picked up or delivered, and the team at the main office double checks that everything is in order. It's a nice extra touch that really instills confidence in my choice of business.

The best moving company I've ever used. Have moved me twice and have moved a friend's family 3 or 4 times. They help with packing, unpacking, disassembling and reassembling furniture. It's a massive time saver for when you're super stressed about moving. They're extremely kind and professional. I love working with them.

This was a third floor walk up and the guys were amazing! Overall we had a good experience. None of our belongings broke. In our one tight room the wall did get bumped. However, they sent people to fix it the same day without any prompting from us and afterwards I couldn't even tell.

White Glove Moving company did a great job helping me move. It's my first time using a white glove service and I had my doubts beforehand. But, as advertised, a four-man team arrived earlier than expected, with professional attitude and well-prepared packing materials, packed, moved, and unpacked the items and placed them where I wanted them. I was truly amazed by the efficiency of the team as they finished one hour earlier than planned. It was great not having to lay a finger when moving and not having to worry about potential delays or damages. I would recommend WGM to anyone looking for a hassle-free moving experience.

I first used White Glove Moving in November 2020. They partially packed and then moved my family within town. I was amazed at how the team worked and how professional they were. Definitely "white glove" service.Our next move was 18 months later, but this time we needed storage because our new home was still under construction. It was a less than ideal situation, but White Glove Moving & Storage was the simplest piece to coordinate. They again did a partial pack, but then moved our belongings to storage. What we thought would be 3 weeks turned into 3 months. White Glove was very clear about the pricing and billing for storage. I was provided a complete inventory of what they had. When my belongings showed up at my new place, everything was in perfect condition and we were encouraged to take the time to check that every item was there. Everything was placed/setup where I asked for it.It's worth noting that the same team that had packed up my things months earlier showed up with my belongings "on the other side. That was very reassuring for me.I hope that it will be a long time before I need to use their services again, but I will continue to recommend White Glove Moving & Storage in the meantime.

I had to book a mover in two days. I called White Glove because of their years in the business, and customer reviews. I spoke to Darwin to plan everything. He was wonderful. He was knowledgeable, personable, courteous, and helpful. He kept me informed every step of the way. On the day of the move, Jonathan, who lead the moving team was great!!! There were four movers in total. All of the guys worked efficiently, had a wonderful attitude, and did not damage or break one thing. I HIGHLY recommend White Glove Movers. You won’t be disappointed!!!

That Omar is a one of a kind. The strongest I've seen in a long time... this man carries the heaviest of furniture on his back with no effort... From the first introductory email we received from White Glove to the time we thanked their movers for the work they had done, every step and action was done in the most professional and efficient way! Their moving team of 4 arrived on time, wrapped everything far better than we could’ve imagined , without wasting any time. They made sure that every item was clearly labeled for future identification as we were moving them to a storage.Based on my previous measurements and estimate storage space was just enough to fit everything. But the way they fit them inside the space, they needed only about 2/3 of available space! Everyone, every step of the way was amazing at White Glove! This includes the first phone call with the office to set up the estimate, the estimator (Rick), and Ivan and his crew who moved all of our most precious items. Everyone was professional, thorough, and very customer service oriented (which says a lot considering customer service overall, in my opinion, has been lacking since COVID). The actual movers, Ivan and his crew, were extremely careful, respectful, and hard working. I don't ever want to move again, but if I do, White Glove is the only company I would trust to provide the exclusive, high quality move I just experienced.

I moved from both an apartment and storage unit to a new apartment, and the movers were well-informed of this and what to expect. On moving day, Marton and his crew were professional, friendly, and efficient with getting our move finished in just 5 hours (we originally planned minimum 7 hours). I would not hesitate to use their services again for a future move.

I have had some very bad movers and some very good movers in the past. I've used White Glove Moving twice and both times they have been excellent. Reasonably priced, always on time and professional, and accommodating if you forgot to list any items that they need to pack. Based on my experiences with White Glove and several other companies, they set the standard that other companies should try to attain.

Hands-down the best moving experience I’ve ever had. The quote was beyond competitive and from the first phone call, Frank was accommodating, honest, knowledgeable and kind. On the day of the move, Stone and his crew were awesome. They were respectful and wore masks when near our toddler, they were insanely fast (military precision), their attitudes were grateful and positive even when they were exhausted, and they took great care with our belongings. It was a long day for the guys but they were fully done in ten hours flat including travel time. I couldn’t recommend them more. This is not a paid endorsement. I’m just a dad who hates moving and these guys rock.

We recently used WGM&S for our move from NJ to Florida and had an outstanding experience from start to finish. Bill Raymond in the Sales Relocation Group was responsive and very helpful with the upfront planning, and gave us a very reasonable quote. He provided clear details about how the move would be managed and was responsive to answering our miscellaneous questions along the way. The office staff was also outstanding and provided documentation as well as a COI in a timely fashion and without any prompting. They were responsive to calls and questions and every person I spoke with was very helpful, friendly and informative. The movers on both the front end and the delivery end were highly competent, professional, efficient, highly organized and customer service oriented. They honored their commitment for the pick up date/time and drop off date/time. The entire experience with WGM&S was flawless and clearly reflects what a truly well run, well managed operation they are with excellent staff who clearly know what they are doing and actually are happy to be doing it. We truly appreciate how easy and stress free they made it for us and would HIGHLY recommend them.

Planning an out of state move from NJ to GA is more than a daunting task. There are so many variables that can take place that can make this experience very challenging. After receiving the referral from a friend that used White Glove in a similar move from NJ to GA, a weight was lifted from obtaining an out of state mover. Our first contact was with Viktor who came to our home for the initial walkthrough. He was very detailed and provided an overview of the services and the process. The quote was also provided and we felt comfortable with moving forward. He was very professional and personable which put us at ease. Moving forward to the day of the actual move, we had the pleasure to work with the foreman Boni and his crew. They arrived promptly at the scheduled time and were friendly and extremely efficient. They answered any questions we had and ensured we understood the process as they were packing and loading. Once the items were loaded, they called the main office to speak with a representative who requested to speak with us and check in with our experience and ask if we had any issues or concerns with the process. We confirmed with the representative that our experience was better than expected. Our items arrived in GA earlier than expected and we had the pleasure to work with Dan on the final updates. He was very professional and proactive with communication and details of the move, which was comforting. When the movers arrived the morning of the move, they were also pleasant to work with. They provided us a printout of all of the box numbers for us to check off as they delivered to the appropriate rooms to ensure every item was accounted for one by one. This system was very organized and also provided the customer with peace of mind that both parties were confident that all items were confirmed. All of the personnel we worked with at White Glove demonstrated true “white glove” service. I’m happy to share my experience in hopes to assist someone that is in search of a professional moving company that will be of great assistance as you transition.

These guys live up to their name. They were timely, careful and professional throughout the whole process. It was a bit pricier than other moving companies in the area but you get what you pay for. Besides a very easy and efficient scheduling process, the men who came to do the actual moving were professional and courteous, and I would say they even when above and beyond my expectations by helping me pack some last minute items and put together an item for me that was delivered while they unloaded my stuff. It was a multi-state move and while I was very nervous of my own accord, they made the move as simple and stress free as could be.

I recently had my first move in a 20 year interval. White Glove Moving & Storage was a blessing. From the beginning process of sending a rep over to walk through the house with me and come up with an estimate - to the customer service during the days leading up to the move - it was a great experience. The moving day could not have gone any smoother. Several workers showed up - one of which was a supervisor - and he communicated with me throughout the process. They had some heavy moving storage cases to move but did it efficiently and very time effectively. I cannot recommend White Glove enough. If I move again in the future, I will definitely use them and I may even use their packing services as well. You will not be disappointed. White Glove is at the top of their game.

I have moved approximately 10 times in the last 15 years and I have never worked with a more professional team. Not a single item was broken or lost. Jonathan was amazing and his team assisted. White Glove Moving from start to finish was excellent from my initial contact will Billy, pickup by Stone's team, assistance from Dan and Julie down to the final drop off with Mario. Both packing teams were amazing quick and got the job done without damaging any of the items. Great experience with White Glove. I was a bit worried on the payment policy, but they were very professional and very reliable. They handled the move from NJ to CA without issue. The estimator was very helpful and accurate, and the movers themselves were very helpful and kind. White Glove dealt with the fact that we were coordinating this from across the country quite well and they were always very upfront, reliable, and honest. Zero issues with them and I'd recommend without reservation.

Excellent service. I have personally moved multiple times in the past eight years and White Glove Moving & Storage has never failed me! I recently moved out of my apartment (an attic in a city) to my shore home. I moved furniture to two different places. The movers were courteous, efficient and successful- no damage to anything!
