Storage Agreement
All storage costs are prorated on your move into storage. Most customers are given a 30 days free storage with any move. After this 30 day period, the remainder of the month (if your free storage ends on Jan 20th, your first month is prorated from Jan 21st - Jan 31st) is billed and due on the 5th of the month. All invoices are due the 5th of the month the storage fees are for. January storage dues are due by January 5th. We are a paperless billing company. You may also use this form to sign up for autopay. You can enter your credit card information and you will be auto billed. Our storage team will still contact you upon your move into storage to provide your first invoice and all storage terms and conditions.

The storage department is available to answer any of your questions and will assist you with your move out of storage. The storage department can be reached at 201-705-1431 or emailed at management@wgmovers.com. Moves out of storage which are to be performed by WG MOVING,; customer will be billed at a rate than in effect. Storage Fees will be debited on the 5th for each month the storage customer's good are in storage at WG MOVING. Example, the monthly storage for January will be debited for the month on January 5th. ALL STORAGE FEES ARE AUTOMATICALLY CHARGED MONTHLY TO YOUR CREDIT CARD/ATM ON FILE. We are a paperless billing company; invoices are emailed upon request, send request to: management@wgmovers.com. Fees are prorated on the move into storage, and not on the move out of storage. It is your responsibilty to notify this office of your billing address or any changes to your credit card information; i.e. credit card has expired or is refused. Payments that are received late due to the non-compliance will be assessed a $25.00 late fee. ALL contracts are subject to yearly rate increases (1-25%). DEFAULT: all accounts over 30 days past due will be subject to AUCTION status, any accounts over 90 days past due will be subject ot AUCTION status and sold at PUBLIC AUCTION, further details see back of the NON-NEGOTIABLE INVENTORY AND WAREHOUSE RECEIPT FOR WAREHOUSING TERMS AND CONDITIONS. THIS FORM ACCOMPANIES AND SET FORTHS ALL TERMS AS LOCATED ON THE NON-NEGOTIABLE INVENTORY AND WAREHOUSE RECEIPT.

MOVING AND STORAGE TO CHARGE MY CREDIT CARD/CHECKING ACCOUNT ON A RECURRING MONTLY BASIS FOR PAYMENT OF MY STORAGE RENT. I UNDERSTAND THAT CREDIT CARD/ACH PAYMENTS ARE NON REFUNDABLE, AND THAT IT IS MY RESPONSIBILITY TO NOTIFY WG Moving, INC. MOVING & STORAGE OF ANY CHANGES TO MY BILLING AND/OR CREDIT CARD/ACH INFORMATION.
**IMPORTANT NOTE: ANY ATTEMPT TO WITHHOLD ANY MONIES IS CONSIDERED A BREACH OF THIS CREDIT CARD/ACH AGREEMENT AND THEFT OF SERVICES AND WILL BE PROSECUTED TO THE FULL EXTENT OF THE LAW.**
(A) The Customer, upon tender of the shipment to the carrier hereby indemnifies and hold harmless WG Moving, Inc. Moving for all unpaid applicable tariffs including, but not limited to the sums advanced or disbursed by the carrier on account of such shipment. The cardholder agrees to be jointly and separately liable with the customer for any such charges. The extension of credit to either Customer or Consignee by carrier or/and WG Moving, Inc. for such unpaid charges shall not thereby discharge the obligation of the other party to pay such charges in the event the party to whom credit has been extended fails to pay such charges.
(B) The Customer shall indemnify the Carrier against loss or damages caused by inclusion in the shipment of 1) Explosives 2) Improperly packed or dangerous articles or goods 3) Dangerous articles or goods 4) Liquids 5) or other items as determined by the Carrier to be inheritably subject to causing damage.
(C) The Customer further agrees that should dispute or controversy arise between Shipper and Carrier for reasons including but not limited to loss, damage, injury or delay, they shall not prevent or hamper payment for moving and storage services. Disputes which arise either with respect to the shipment or storage of the customer’s shipments shall be handled within the terms & conditions of the bill of lading, and the particular and appropriate governing Transportation Regulations. These provide for binding arbitration pursuant to the rules of the American Arbitration Association. Customer agrees that no claims of any kind may be filed until all charges are paid in full to Carrier.
(D) The Customer acknowledges that by agreeing to the dispute resolution, it is waiving certain rights that it has under the laws of the State of New Jersey including the right to a Jury Trial. The cardholder agrees and understands that the customer may in fact be waiving certain rights that may exist between cardholder and the credit card company and that this agreement will supersede any such agreement. This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey without regard to conflict of law principals, and all disputes shall be resolved in the State of New Jersey.
