No. No booking, deposit, payment or purchase is necessary, and a purchase will not increase your chances of winning. Requesting your free moving estimate is all it takes to enter.
Then your move is on us. The prize covers your eligible moving charges in full. The difference is not paid out in cash: the prize is a credit toward moving services only and is not redeemable for cash.
You still get $5,000 toward it. The credit is applied to your eligible moving charges and you only cover the balance above $5,000.
You remain eligible. If you are selected in the drawing on or about October 10, 2026 and your move is already complete, you receive a refund of what you paid for eligible moving services, up to $5,000.

1. Sponsor
The White Glove Moving & Storage Free Move giveaway (the "Free Move giveaway ") is sponsored and administered by White Glove Moving & Storage, Inc., 235 West 1st Street, Bayonne, NJ 07002 ("Sponsor").
2. Entry Periods and Drawings
Entry periods, drawing dates, eligibility deadlines, and any other promotion details will be as stated in the applicable advertisement, landing page, or other official promotional materials for each giveaway.
Each giveaway is a separate promotion. Entries are valid only for the specific giveaway identified in the applicable advertisement and do not carry over to any future giveaway unless expressly stated by Sponsor.
Sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any giveaway at any time, subject to applicable law. In the event of any conflict between an advertisement and these Official Rules, these Official Rules shall control except with respect to the specific entry and drawing dates announced for that giveaway.
3. Eligibility
The Free Move giveaway is open to members of the public who are legal residents of New Jersey or New York, are at least 18 years old, are legally able to contract for moving services, genuinely need a moving estimate and are requesting an estimate for a proposed move within White Glove’s New York or New Jersey service area within the nearest future. The proposed move must be one that White Glove can lawfully perform. Employees, officers, directors, agents and representatives of Sponsor, its advertising agencies and their immediate family or household members are not eligible. Eligibility and service availability are subject to verification. Void where prohibited or restricted by law. If the drawing takes place after the customer’s move, the customer remains eligible. If selected as the winner, the customer will receive a refund equal to the amount paid for the eligible moving services, up to a maximum of $5,000.
4. Automatic Entry and Entry Limit
To request a free moving estimate and enter, submit one complete, truthful and original Moving Estimate request and Free Move giveaway Entry Form during the applicable entry period. A valid form submission automatically requests a moving estimate and enters the household in that month’s drawing; no booking, deposit, payment, purchase, marketing consent or separate Free Move giveaway enrollment step is required.
Applies to New Estimates Only. Applies only to the original moving estimate provided at the time of entry. Limit one entry per household and proposed move per entry period. Multiple forms concerning the same household or move do not create additional chances to win. Automated, copied, fraudulent, incomplete, duplicate or otherwise ineligible entries may be disqualified. Sponsor will apply these requirements consistently.
By submitting the form, the entrant requests a free moving estimate, confirms eligibility and agrees to these Official Terms. Marketing consent for unrelated or future promotional communications is separate and optional and does not affect the odds of winning.
5. Random Drawing and Odds
One potential winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received for each entry period. Selection will not be based on whether an entrant purchased services, the size or value of the move, the entrant’s home, story, social-media following or suitability for advertising. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received for the applicable drawing.
6. Prize
Each verified winner will receive a credit of up to $5,000 toward eligible moving services performed directly by White Glove Moving & Storage. Maximum approximate retail value: $5,000.
If eligible charges are less than $5,000, the prize equals the eligible charges actually incurred and the unused amount is forfeited. If eligible charges exceed $5,000, the winner is responsible for the balance. The prize is not transferable, assignable or redeemable for cash.
Unless Sponsor agrees otherwise in writing, the prize does not cover third-party charges, valuation or insurance upgrades, separately purchased materials, government charges, permits, tolls, fines, customs charges or other amounts payable to third parties. Storage and other services are included only when expressly shown as eligible in the winner’s moving agreement. The move remains subject to availability, applicable tariffs, estimates, bills of lading, contracts, safety requirements and federal and state transportation laws. Winning does not guarantee a particular moving date. The winner is responsible for applicable taxes and any charges exceeding the prize.
7. Winner Verification and Acceptance
The person initially selected is a potential winner until Sponsor verifies eligibility and all prize requirements are completed. Sponsor will contact the potential winner using the information provided on the entry form. The potential winner must respond within five calendar days after Sponsor’s first notification and, by the deadline provided, supply reasonable proof of identity, age and eligibility and sign Sponsor’s Winner Acceptance and Publicity, Photography, Video & Promotional Release ("Winner Release").
If the potential winner cannot be contacted, does not respond on time, is ineligible, declines the prize, fails to sign the Winner Release or fails to satisfy the published requirements, the prize will be forfeited and Sponsor may randomly select an alternate potential winner from the remaining eligible entries.
8. Required Winner Publicity; Honest Opinions Only
As a condition of receiving the prize, the verified winner must reasonably participate in the White Glove Moving & Storage Free Move Giveaway promotional campaign and authorize Sponsor to use the winner’s name, image, likeness, voice, photographs, video, interview and voluntarily provided moving story in advertising and promotional materials, as further described in the Winner Release. Sponsor will reasonably accommodate legitimate privacy and scheduling concerns.
The winner will not be required to provide a favorable review, rating, recommendation or endorsement, or to make any statement that does not reflect the winner’s honest opinion and actual experience. When Sponsor uses the winner’s testimonial, endorsement or appearance in advertising, Sponsor will clearly disclose that the winner received up to $5,000 toward the move as the Free Move giveaway winner.
9. General Conditions
Sponsor may disqualify an entrant who provides false information, manipulates the entry process, interferes with the Free Move giveaway or violates these Official Terms. Sponsor may suspend, modify or terminate the Free Move giveaway when fraud, technical problems, legal requirements or circumstances beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control materially affect its integrity, subject to applicable law. No material change will be applied retroactively to entries already received except where legally required.
The $5,000 credit will be applied transparently to the winner’s eligible moving charges. Sponsor will not increase or manipulate pricing because an entrant won. Sponsor’s decisions concerning eligibility, administration and random selection are final to the extent permitted by law.
10. Records and Privacy
Sponsor will maintain reasonable records concerning administration of each drawing. Entrants do not have a general right to inspect or audit Free Move giveaway records or receive information about other entrants, except when disclosure is required by law, subpoena, court order or governmental authority. Entrant information will be handled in accordance with Sponsor’s Privacy Policy and will not be publicly disclosed merely to prove that a drawing occurred.
11. Release and Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, entrants agree that Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, corrupted, misdirected or technically defective entries, or for technical failures outside Sponsor’s reasonable control. The verified winner’s additional publicity permissions, releases and waivers will be stated in the Winner Release. Nothing in these Official Terms limits any right or liability that cannot lawfully be limited or waived, or modifies Sponsor’s obligations arising from the actual performance of moving or storage services under applicable contracts, tariffs or law.
12. Governing Law
The Free Move giveaway and these Official Terms are governed by applicable federal law and, to the extent applicable, the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
